Bread Knife Ergoforge line 22cm

The serrated edge of the bread knife saws through hard crust without squashing the soft crumb. The 22 cm blade is long enough for most loaves and baguettes, giving a clean cut without crushing the bread.

The Ergoforge series from Sanelli consists of hand-forged knives made in one piece – from the blade to the core of the handle – for superior balance and durability. The blade is hardened to 54–56 HRC for long-lasting sharpness. The ergonomic POM handle with stainless steel rivets gives a stable, comfortable grip. Made in Italy and dishwasher safe.
