The serrated edge of the tomato knife bites into smooth tomato skin without squashing the tomato. The serration works just as well on citrus, cherry tomatoes and peppers with thicker skins.
The Skin line series from Sanelli features knives with a textured PP handle that gives a secure grip – even with wet hands. The handle meets strict hygiene and food-contact requirements. The blades are made of stainless steel in Italy and are dishwasher safe.
