The 36 cm deep High Tech frying pan is made for kitchens cooking in large volumes – it holds 6 or more servings and lets you sauté and stir over a wide surface, with high sides that keep the food in.

The High Tech series from Risoli is made of 6 mm thick recycled die-cast aluminium with a non-stick coating. The 18/10 stainless steel handle is fixed with 4 rivets for extra stability. Works on all heat sources except induction. Made in Italy.
