The 22 cm Premana butcher knife with its broad blade is used to trim and portion raw cuts of meat, remove fat and work along the bone. The antibacterial Biomaster handle is an extra advantage where meat is handled intensively.
The Premana series from Sanelli has double-moulded handles with built-in antibacterial protection thanks to Biomaster silver-ion technology. The green handle contributes to better hygiene in daily food handling. Made in Italy and dishwasher safe.
