Ham Knife Skin line 24cm

The long, narrow blade of the ham knife is made for slicing ham and cured meats into thin, even slices. The long blade allows smooth strokes along the whole surface of the meat without having to lift the knife.

The Skin line series from Sanelli features knives with a textured PP handle that gives a secure grip – even with wet hands. The handle meets strict hygiene and food-contact requirements. The blades are made of stainless steel in Italy and are dishwasher safe.
