The Japanese chef's knife in the Premana series has a more tapered blade and straighter edge than a classic European chef's knife, suiting a chopping technique straight down into the board. The 18 cm size gives precision and control when chopping.
The Premana series from Sanelli has double-moulded handles with built-in antibacterial protection thanks to Biomaster silver-ion technology. The green handle contributes to better hygiene in daily food handling. Made in Italy and dishwasher safe.
