The 3.5 L Blackplus casserole serves 3–5 and is a deep all-round size for soups, meat sauces and stews. The high sides reduce evaporation and keep in flavour and moisture during longer cooking times.
The Blackplus casserole from Risoli is made of recycled die-cast aluminium with El Diamant non-stick coating – tested for more than 40,000 use cycles. Glass lid included. Works on all heat sources except induction. Made in Italy.
