The serrated fish knife grips and cuts through fish skin without tearing the flesh. Suitable for portioning whole fish and firm fish such as salmon and tuna.
The Skin line series from Sanelli features knives with a textured PP handle that gives a secure grip – even with wet hands. The handle meets strict hygiene and food-contact requirements. The blades are made of stainless steel in Italy and are dishwasher safe.
