The adjustable baking frame from Städter adapts to any size between 25 and 50 cm – perfect for rectangular, oval and freeform cakes, entremets and tart bases. The adjustable stainless steel band locks into the shape you want and is used directly on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Suitable for cakes, mousse and ice-cream cakes and chilled desserts that need an exact size.
