Deep Frying Pan with Lid Dr Green Induction 24cm

The 24 cm deep Dr Green frying pan comes with a glass lid and is suited to frying with the lid on to keep in moisture, braised dishes and stews cooked straight in the pan. The glass lid lets you see inside without lifting it. The pan has an integrated induction base.

The Dr Green series from Risoli is made of recycled die-cast aluminium with a Greenstone coating – a water-based non-stick free from nickel and PFOA. The Bakelite handle is heat resistant. Works on all heat sources including induction. Made in Italy.
