Delivery terms
These delivery terms apply to all purchases you make from Bergscookshop.
Delivery
Parcels are shipped with DSV / Schenker and are usually delivered to the carrier's local pick-up point.
We do not deliver to smaller islands or other places without a fixed bridge connection, or where global carriers do not normally deliver.
If your order contains several products and some of them are not in stock, we will ship your order once all products are available for delivery.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have specific questions about your delivery.
Shipping costs
Depending on what you buy and the order value, shipping costs may apply. You can find our current shipping costs below. The shipping fee is always shown at checkout.
Sweden
Orders under 599 SEK – DSV / Schenker pick-up point: 99 SEK
Orders over 599 SEK – DSV / Schenker pick-up point: free
Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Norway
Standard delivery: 299 SEK, shown in your local currency at checkout.
Delivery time
The expected delivery time depends on whether the product is in stock. If the product is "in stock", we ship your order within 1–2 business days.
Uncollected parcels
You are responsible for receiving or collecting your delivery in accordance with the instructions you receive with your order. Parcels at pick-up points that are not collected within the time stated in the notification will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases we are entitled to charge an administration fee. The fee for uncollected parcels is 200 SEK per parcel and 1,000 SEK per pallet.
Transport damage
You are responsible for checking your delivery carefully on receipt. If any damage occurred during transport, you must report it to us within 3 days of delivery at info@ekasaberg.com. Photograph the damage to both the product and the packaging and send the photos to us with your report. You are also responsible for making sure any damage is noted by the pick-up point or carrier. The shipping method you paid for at the time of ordering also applies to the delivery of a replacement product and the collection of a claimed item.
Return shipping
You pay the return shipping yourself when returning a purchase. The cost varies depending on whether it is sent via a pick-up point or the product was delivered on a pallet. Current return shipping within Sweden is 99 SEK per parcel and 399 SEK per pallet. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All returns are made with DSV / Schenker.
