The 36 cm deep Classica frying pan is a professional-kitchen-size option for cooking 6 or more servings. The high sides give room to stir large quantities without the food spilling over – suited to sautéing and stir-fries for guests.
The Classica series from Risoli is made of 6 mm thick recycled die-cast aluminium with a non-stick coating. The 18/10 stainless steel handle is ergonomically designed. Works on all heat sources except induction. Made in Italy.
