The 24 cm deep Classica frying pan is suited to sautéing and dishes with sauce – the high sides keep in splashes and give room to stir the ingredients freely. Perfect when you want to fry and add liquid in one and the same pan for 2–3 servings.

The Classica series from Risoli is made of 6 mm thick recycled die-cast aluminium with a non-stick coating. The 18/10 stainless steel handle is ergonomically designed. Works on all heat sources except induction. Made in Italy.
