The 28 cm deep Blackplus frying pan is suited to sautéing and dishes with sauce for 3–4 servings. The high sides keep in splashes, and the El Diamant coating withstands intensive everyday use – a great choice for kitchens where the pan is used day after day.
The Blackplus series from Risoli is made of recycled die-cast aluminium with El Diamant non-stick coating – tested for more than 40,000 use cycles. The Bakelite handle is heat resistant. Works on all heat sources except induction. Made in Italy.
