Carving Knife Ergoforge line 22cm

The long, narrow blade of the carving knife is made for slicing cooked meat into thin, even slices. 22 cm gives enough blade length for most roasts and family dinners.

The Ergoforge series from Sanelli consists of hand-forged knives made in one piece – from the blade to the core of the handle – for superior balance and durability. The blade is hardened to 54–56 HRC for long-lasting sharpness. The ergonomic POM handle with stainless steel rivets gives a stable, comfortable grip. Made in Italy and dishwasher safe.
