Ergoforge's 10 cm paring knife is forged in one piece for exceptional balance in a small size. Ideal for peeling, trimming and all detailed work on fruit and vegetables – with the same premium feel as the larger knives in the series.

The Ergoforge series from Sanelli consists of hand-forged knives made in one piece – from the blade to the core of the handle – for superior balance and durability. The blade is hardened to 54–56 HRC for long-lasting sharpness. The ergonomic POM handle with stainless steel rivets gives a stable, comfortable grip. Made in Italy and dishwasher safe.
