Salmon Knife Skin line 28cm

The long, narrow blade of the salmon knife has oval dimples along the edge that stop the fish sticking to the blade. The long size lets you cut thin, even slices of smoked or cured salmon in one smooth stroke.

The Skin line series from Sanelli features knives with a textured PP handle that gives a secure grip – even with wet hands. The handle meets strict hygiene and food-contact requirements. The blades are made of stainless steel in Italy and are dishwasher safe.
