The 3.5 L La Pignatte casserole serves 3–4 and is a popular all-round size for stews, braised meat dishes and casseroles. The cast aluminium gives even, penetrating heat suitable for slow cooking.

The La Pignatte series from Risoli is cast in recycled cast aluminium – the same even heat distribution and heat retention as cast iron, at a fraction of the weight. The Profile non-stick coating makes cleaning easy. The Bakelite lid knob withstands up to 220°C. Works on all heat sources including induction. Made in Italy.
