The 2.25 L La Pignatte casserole is a compact size for 2–3 servings – ideal for stews, flavourful casseroles and dishes that benefit from even, penetrating heat. The cast aluminium stores heat in a way similar to cast iron.

The La Pignatte series from Risoli is cast in recycled cast aluminium – the same even heat distribution and heat retention as cast iron, at a fraction of the weight. The Profile non-stick coating makes cleaning easy. The Bakelite lid knob withstands up to 220°C. Works on all heat sources including induction. Made in Italy.
