Carving Knife Ergoforge line 12cm

The shorter 12 cm carving knife is suited to slicing smaller roasts, chicken and whole birds. The shorter blade gives extra control when working close to the bone and on smaller pieces.

The Ergoforge series from Sanelli consists of hand-forged knives made in one piece – from the blade to the core of the handle – for superior balance and durability. The blade is hardened to 54–56 HRC for long-lasting sharpness. The ergonomic POM handle with stainless steel rivets gives a stable, comfortable grip. Made in Italy and dishwasher safe.
