Cake Collar Film 10cm x 20m

Cake collar film is a clear plastic strip for lining the inside of cake rings and springform tins – giving perfectly smooth, clean sides on mousse cakes and entremets. The strip stays in place along the inside of the tin while the cake sets and peels off when the cake is ready without disturbing the edge. The 10 cm width suits standard cake ring heights. Rinse under warm water and reuse.
