The 3.5 L Dr Green induction casserole is a deep all-round size for 3–5 servings – suitable for soups, pasta sauces and stews with longer cooking times. The induction base means it works on every type of hob. The high sides keep in steam and flavour.
The Dr Green series from Risoli is made of recycled die-cast aluminium with a Greenstone coating – a water-based non-stick free from nickel and PFOA. Works on all heat sources including induction. Made in Italy.
